Affiliate Manager — Remote
Maverick Media is a performance marketing and native advertising company, and we’re scaling. We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager who can own revenue, not just relationships — someone who knows the difference between a publisher who looks good on paper and one who actually converts.
This is a fully remote role with serious earning potential. We pay a strong base and an uncapped bonus tied to the revenue and gross profit you drive. If you’re good, this role pays well above what most networks offer — and there’s no ceiling on the upside.
What you’ll own
You’ll sit at the center of our marketplace, managing both sides:
- Affiliates & publishers — recruit and grow top performers running Email, Facebook, Google, Native, and Push traffic; set payouts, daily volume commitments, and the commercial terms of each partnership.
- Advertisers — act as the day-to-day strategic lead on your clients’ mobile campaigns, solving their marketing goals and keeping spend healthy and growing.
- The numbers — hit your revenue and gross-profit targets, read the data to spot trends and new opportunities before they’re obvious, and keep collections and invoicing reconciliation clean.
What you bring
- 2+ years in affiliate marketing, with a portfolio and a track record you can actually point to (must have)
- Fluent English; any additional language is a real plus (must have)
- Deep working knowledge of online advertising, the major traffic sources, and the payment models (CPA, CPL, CPI, RevShare, etc.)
- The instincts to price a deal, manage a P&L line, and walk away from volume that doesn’t pay
