Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience and resolve issues at first point of contact through online channels.
  • Strong focus on quality, with particular attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Escalate requests when necessary.
  • Promote a “Responsible Gaming” philosophy.
  • Stay up to date with rules, processes, and licensing requirements.
  • Contribute to the team effort by achieving the required results.
  • Participate in onboarding programmes.

Qualifications

  • Residence in Melilla.
  • Fluency in spoken English and Spanish (minimum English level B1).
  • Proven experience in customer service is valued but not essential, as the company provides comprehensive in-house training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with active listening abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt responses to different situations.
  • Computer literacy and typing skills are required.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work shifts.
  • Responsible and detail-oriented.
