Account Executive | Full Cycle (Barcelona)

Your responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales funnel (high deal volume, low ACV (<10k per deal) —from sourcing prospects and conducting product demos to closing deals.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive ambitious ARR growth to help position us as a European market leader.
  • Product Evangelism: Become an expert in our AI solution, identifying new use cases and demonstrating clear value to our Italian market customers.
  • Client Consultation: Work closely with prospects to uncover their specific pain points, goals, and development opportunities.
  • Market Feedback: Monitor market trends and collaborate with the product team by sharing valuable, direct feedback from clients and prospects.

Your Profile

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a B2B sales role.
  • Location: Based in (or willing to relocate to) Barcelona for a hybrid, office-centric role.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are a power user of modern sales support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Navigator).
  • Mindset: Humble, hungry, and fast-paced. You take true ownership, continuously challenge yourself, and believe in the power of straight talking.
  • Languages: Fluent in Italian and English. Spanish is a strong plus!
