Digital Advertising Onboarding Specialist – Barcelona | Danish, German, or Dutch Speakers

We are currently hiring native-level Danish, German, and Dutch speakers for a Digital Advertising Onboarding Specialist position in Barcelona.

No previous experience is required. Full paid training is provided from day one.

The Role

• Support new business clients during the onboarding process
• Guide advertisers through account setup and campaign activation
• Provide consultative support to help clients achieve their advertising goals
• Troubleshoot account and technical issues
• Deliver support via phone, email, and video meetings
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience

Requirements

• Native or C1 level Danish, German, or Dutch
• Good level of English
• EU passport or valid EU work authorization
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Interest in digital marketing, technology, or online advertising
• Previous experience is not required
