SVibe

SVibe is redefining sexual wellness — built for the body, crafted for those ready to go Beyond the Basics.

We’re hiring an Brand & Creative Manager to own our full visual and verbal identity.

You’ll translate our “Confident Expert” persona into every touchpoint —packaging, e-commerce, social, ads, and retail — while mastering the creative gymnastics of platform-restricted categories.

This is a role for a seasoned creative strategist who can architect SVibe’s high-level global brand direction, but who also thrives in a startup environment where rolling up your sleeves and executing is part of the daily DNA.

Model: Barcelona (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic 360° Brand Ownership: Own, architect, and evolve SVibe’s brand identity, visual system, and tone of voice across all global channels and markets. You will define the guidelines that scale.
  • Lead a small creative team and manage freelancers/agencies — high quality, fast turnaround. As a startup, you aren’t just directing from afar—you are a primary contributor who will execute and design alongside your team.
  • Direct photo/video shoots: editorial, luxurious imagery with clean backgrounds and diverse representation.
  • Develop platform-adaptive creative: clinical for Amazon, health-coded for Meta, full expression for owned channels.
  • Create brand guidelines, asset libraries, and templates that scale. Collaborate on packaging meeting GPSR/CPSC requirements.
  • Brief and approve all consumer-facing creative: listings, emails, landing pages, social, and trade collateral.

What You Bring

  • 6–10+ years in brand/creative direction — beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or luxury consumer goods preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showing both visual design excellence and strategic brand thinking.
  • Deep understanding of platform creative constraints (Amazon, Meta, TikTok) and how to win within them.
  • Experience managing photo/video production end-to-end. Proven team leadership at startup speed.
  • Comfortable with regulated/sensitive product categories.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Figma, or equivalent.
  • Native/Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish/European languages are a strong plus.

What we offer:

  • Full time – indefinite employment contract
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Impact: This is a unique opportunity to impact an early-stage project of an award-winning brand.
