BMS Engineer – Data Centres

We are currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Engineer to join a leading organisation delivering critical infrastructure projects across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers looking to work on rotation (10 days away/4 days back home) while being based on high-profile data centre projects in Germany.

The Role

As a BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Management Systems within mission-critical data centre environments.

This role is ideal for candidates open to working away from home, offering a structured rotation and full support package.

Key Responsibilities

• Commissioning and integration of BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or similar)
• Working on large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and system optimisation
• Supporting full project lifecycle from installation through to handover
• Collaborating with project teams, clients, and subcontractors

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BMS Engineer / BMS Commissioning Engineer
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)
• Data centre or critical environment experience highly desirable
• Willingness to work a 10/4 rotation and be based in Germany
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
