What you will do:

• Define tasks and evolutions
• Backlog maintenance
• Prioritise tasks by business value
• Define acceptance criteria
• Coordinate and assist the team
• Giving global vision of the product evolution

Required skills:

• Technical affinity to digital Front- and API solutions mandatory
• Capability to understand Architecutral Decision Records, Flow Charts and Network Diagrams mandatory.
• Knowledge of standard log-in and authentication solutions highly appreciated, but no mandatory
• Knowledge of CRM- and SAMBA landscape highly appreciated, but no mandatory
• Trackspace & Docspace (Jira)
• Miro board
• sAFE methodology (Agile)
• Experience in large projects
• Technologies Team3 works with: Cognigy and Genesys
• Very good command of the English language
