Business Developer (m/f)
Your mission
Reporting to the Sales Management, you are responsible for developing new business and managing client accounts within your assigned territory, covering Eastern Spain. You play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads into long-term customers.
In this context, your main responsibilities are:
- Define and master your sales territory, including prospects, market dynamics, and competitors
- Identify and approach qualified prospects through cold calling, field prospecting, and digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, and technical demonstrations (medical devices, software, or related solutions)
- Convert qualified leads (provided by SDR teams or self-sourced) into customers
- Negotiate contracts in line with the company’s pricing policy and ensure deal closure
- Manage follow-ups and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Track sales performance and ensure reporting against revenue targets
- Share customer insights and market feedback with Customer Success and Product teams
- Contribute to marketing and promotional actions, including trade fairs and congresses
Your profile
You have a successful background in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new business development, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience preferred
- Professional level of English & Spanish required
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, connected objects, software, or related industries is a strong advantage
- Proven experience in cold calling, field sales, and digital prospecting
- Comfortable delivering technical product demonstrations and training clients on software solutions
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Good command of CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
- Willingness to travel across Eastern Spain
Salary & benefits : 35,000€ fixed salary gross per year, up to 20,000€, company car provided
