Business Developer (m/f)

Your mission

Reporting to the Sales Management, you are responsible for developing new business and managing client accounts within your assigned territory, covering Eastern Spain. You play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads into long-term customers.

In this context, your main responsibilities are:

  • Define and master your sales territory, including prospects, market dynamics, and competitors
  • Identify and approach qualified prospects through cold calling, field prospecting, and digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, and technical demonstrations (medical devices, software, or related solutions)
  • Convert qualified leads (provided by SDR teams or self-sourced) into customers
  • Negotiate contracts in line with the company’s pricing policy and ensure deal closure
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Track sales performance and ensure reporting against revenue targets
  • Share customer insights and market feedback with Customer Success and Product teams
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional actions, including trade fairs and congresses

Your profile

You have a successful background in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new business development, ideally in a fast-growing environment.

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience preferred
  • Professional level of English & Spanish required
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, connected objects, software, or related industries is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience in cold calling, field sales, and digital prospecting
  • Comfortable delivering technical product demonstrations and training clients on software solutions
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Good command of CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel across Eastern Spain

Salary & benefits : 35,000€ fixed salary gross per year, up to 20,000€, company car provided
