We are looking for an experienced BI Developer / Migration Specialist to lead and execute the migration of reports, dashboards, and data models from Power BI to Tableau. The role involves end-to-end ownership of migration activities including assessment, redesign, development, validation, and stakeholder coordination.

• Analyze existing Power BI assets:
• Reports, dashboards, datasets, data sources
• Identify migration scope and dependencies
• Perform rationalization (what needs migration vs discard)
• Define migration roadmap and prioritization strategy

• Rebuild Power BI dashboards into Tableau
• Design visually optimized and user-friendly dashboards
• Map Power BI visuals to Tableau equivalents
• Handle feature gaps and suggest workarounds

• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance
• Improve query efficiency and data refresh cycles
• Tune large datasets and joins
