We are looking for a Commercial and Operations Administration assistant based in Castelldefels (Barcelona), on a permanent contract.

The Commercial and Operations Administration Assistant provides assistance to the Commercial department in all Sales deliveries and control of stocks.

Daily Sales Posting.

Inventory Management: helping with inventory management and supply ordering.

Review and control customers billing issues.

Minimum 1-year overall experience in logistic/sales department.

Proficiency in Excel.

Fluent in written and spoken English.
