The Norman Foster Foundation  is looking for a creative Content Creator  to join our team in an in-house position based in Madrid .

The ideal candidate is visually driven and comfortable producing high-quality content in a creative and fast-paced environment, working closely with the communications team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and produce visual content for the Norman Foster Foundation’s social media platforms
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for digital and social channels
• Produce professional photographic content to support social media and digital communications
• Develop short-form video content tailored to social media formats
• Collaborate with the communications and marketing team on content planning and execution
• Manage post-production workflows, including editing, color correction, and formatting
• Ensure visual consistency and strong storytelling across all content

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation
• Strong skills in videography, including shooting and editing
• Solid experience in photography for digital and social media use
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, formats, and trends
• High proficiency in video and photo editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.)
• Ability to work in-house and collaborate closely with a creative team
• Strong visual sensitivity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability
• Fluency in English
• Availability to start immediately
