Responsibilities

1. Commercial Strategy & Institutional Promotion

  • Analyse market needs and local channels to strategically prioritize assets for launch alignment.
  • Develop targeted promotional plans to personally drive high-level product presentations to regional health authorities and key hospitals, boosting brand equity.
  • Build and sustain long-term partnerships with key institutional stakeholders (e.g., regional health ministries, hospital buying groups) to accelerate market penetration and maximize market share.
  • Monitor market trends, policy shifts, and competitor dynamics to continuously optimize local Go-to-Market (GTM) models.
  • Act as the official brand ambassador and spokesperson for Kexing Biopharm in Spain.

2. Market Access, Compliance & Tender Management

  • Take full end-to-end ownership of the tender lifecycle, expertly orchestrating high-stakes negotiations with regional and local payors to secure successful contract awards.
  • Oversee and collaborate with third-party vendors/consultants to ensure compliant, high-quality, and timely submission of all tender and pricing dossiers.
  • Act as the ultimate guardian of local compliance, ensuring all commercial and promotional activities strictly adhere to Spanish pharmaceutical regulations, mitigating all operational risks.

3. End-to-End Supply Chain Orchestration

  • Support strategic decision-making on logistical setups, including distributor profiling/selection, Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflow optimization, and demand forecasting aligned with tender win probabilities.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (majors in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or Healthcare Management preferred; MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of commercial leadership or market access experience in the Spanish pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of securing major hospital/public sector tenders.
  • Deep, expert-level understanding of the Biosimilars or Generics sectors (or Originator life-cycle management involving defense against Gx/Biosimilars).
  • Extensive, active network of established contacts within Spanish hospitals and regional health authorities (Autonomous Communities).
  • Native Spanish and fluent English (written and spoken); must hold a valid work permit in Spain. Chinese proficiency is a distinct advantage.
