Location: Barcelona (hybrid)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00 (no weekends)
Remote Work: Work from home most of the month and up to 15 days per year from any EU country

Your RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key contact for our customers in the automotive sector. You will become a tire expert, offering personalized recommendations, sharing exclusive promotions, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide expert tire recommendations based on vehicle specifications and driving needs
– Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and special offers
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
– Communicate via phone, email, and chat to ensure high-quality service
– Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
