We are currently looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an exciting automotive project in Barcelona, supporting customers across Denmark and international markets.
What will you do?As part of a dynamic and multicultural team, you will:
– Manage incoming contacts (phone calls, emails, letters) from customers in a professional and timely manner.
– Provide information about the product portfolio, including vehicles, motorbikes and power equipment.
– Support customers with import/export procedures and general inquiries.
– Deliver first-level technical support and assistance with IoT technologies, apps and connected services.
– Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.
– Document and update customer cases in internal systems.

You will receive 23 weeks of fully paid training (100% in English) to become an expert in products, systems, and internal procedures.
