Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist iGaming players through live chat, email, and phone — ensuring a fast, friendly, and professional service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent support to Turkish-speaking clients.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
  • Record all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Turkish and English (working proficiency).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and patience.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
