Cyber Project Coordinator

Location: Spain (Fully Remote)

83zero are partnered with a market leader within cybersecurity who are looking for a Professional Services Project Coordinator to manage multiple short-term projects, typically less than 10 days total effort.

The role includes coordinating deployment resources, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget, and managing a high volume of concurrent projects. You will typically oversee 30–40 active projects with a combined value exceeding $500K in revenue.

As the Cyber Project Coordinator, you will work alongside some of the best security specialists in the market and play a key role in driving multiple customer projects through the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Fluent Spanish and English language skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience within Cyber Security and/or Professional Services environments
• Strong organisational skills, including the use of spreadsheets, project management tools, and other collaboration platforms
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively across multiple projects
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and project demands
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills across multiple levels
• Genuine interest in cybersecurity
• Experience with Google Workspace / G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) is advantageous
