About the Role:

At NTT DATA we are looking for professionals specialized in: Cybersecurity Technical & Project Manager, to join an international project of great relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cybersecurity projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary cybersecurity teams and act as Project Manager and/or Technical Manager depending on project needs.
• Contribute technical expertise across different cybersecurity domains (GRC, infrastructure security, cloud, IAM, vulnerability management, SOC, etc.).
• Support proposal preparation, estimations, and technical solution design.
• Monitor planning, resources, risks, and project financials.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including project or technical team management.
• Previous experience in consulting or professional services environments.
• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Broad cybersecurity knowledge across multiple domains.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High B2 or above level of English.
• Based in Spain, preferably Madrid (alternatively Valencia).
• European Union nationality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 LA/LI, CEH, or similar.
• Experience in multicultural and international environments.
• Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2, DORA, or GDPR.
• Previous experience with International Organizations or public sector projects.
