Objective:

The Data Analyst & Power BI Developer is responsible for transforming business data into strategic insights through advanced analytics, dashboard development, and business intelligence solutions. This role will lead the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI reporting environments, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable information to support operational, financial, commercial, and guest experience decision-making at SHA.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Data Management & Integration:

• Extract, integrate, and transform data from multiple internal and external information sources, ensuring consistency, reliability, and accessibility.
• Lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of the Data Lake, ensuring an efficient and scalable structure aligned with business needs.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, accuracy, and consistency through validation, cleansing, and continuous monitoring processes.
• Develop and manage data models to optimize organizational data exploitation and accessibility.

Business Intelligence & Power BI Development:

• Design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards, executive reports, and business scorecards for senior leadership and business units.
• Transform complex data into clear, dynamic, and actionable visualizations to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain KPIs, business metrics, and analytical models aligned with organizational objectives.
• Automate reporting processes and recurring data deliverables to improve operational efficiency.

Business Analytics Support:

• Partner with business units to conceptualize, structure, and define analytical and reporting requirements.
• Translate operational and strategic business needs into data visualization and analytical solutions.
• Identify trends, deviations, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights through data analysis.
• Collaborate with department leaders to enhance reporting capabilities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Data Architecture, Security & Governance:

• Implement and maintain the data analytics architecture, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and accessibility of business information.
• Define standards and best practices for data modeling, reporting, and data consumption.
• Ensure compliance with all Information Security and Data Governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Promote responsible, secure, and compliant data usage across the organization.

Job Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytical solution development.
• Proven experience in Power BI development, executive dashboards, and reporting automation.
• Experience in data integration, transformation, and modeling across multiple systems and data sources.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, real estate, or premium service environments is highly desirable.
