At Dornan we are currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor for a data centre job in Madrid. The role will allow you to work on our flagship project in the region, as part of a great team.

Your day to day will include:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works (LV/MV, containment, power, lighting, earthing) to ensure they are delivered safely, on programme, and to Dornan and client standards.
• Manage electrical operatives and subcontractors daily, allocating labour, reviewing productivity, and ensuring works align with the project schedule and method statements.
• Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety procedures, RAMS, and permit systems within a live or mission‑critical data centre environment.
• Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve technical issues, coordinate interfaces, and support commissioning and handover activities.
• Monitor quality through inspections, snag resolution, and QA documentation, ensuring installations meet specification, drawings, and data centre compliance requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience supervising electrical works on large‑scale projects, ideally data centres or other mission‑critical environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage subcontractors, and drive productivity while maintaining high safety standards.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, specifications, and /European standards relevant to data centre construction.
• A proactive and organised approach, with strong planning, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced site environment.
