Sinews is an outpatient private practice devoted to the international community in Madrid. Multidisciplinary team including 5 psychiatrists (you would be the 6th) with more than twenty psychologists, and five speech therapists. The child and adolescent department include neuropsychologists, therapists, and speech therapists with expertise in a variety of cases. Our clinic is in downtown Madrid, in the beautiful neighborhood of Chamberi.

This position mainly involves presential programmed appointments of 60 minutes for first contact consultations to 30 minutes for follow-up appointments. YOU CHOOSE THE NUMBER OF HOURS: The position would be for 3 afternoons and 2 mornings we are offering up to a 30-hour contract, 25 hours of open agenda and 5 hours of overflow work. We are open to a reduced scheduled of a minimum of 3 afternoons.

BUT we can adapt the number of hours to the needs of the final candidate from a minimum of 3 afternoons corresponding to 20 hours of open agenda, plus 4 hours of overflow work to a full-time contract (37.5 hours weekly)

The contract includes overseeing an emergency phone number. This line for university students can use to get advice on how to deal with a crisis. This does not involve physical intervention, only consultation. In case a hospitalization is needed, the professional will call the ambulance and contact the hospital to ensure the needed information is delivered. No further intervention is needed. Many of the calls end up with an urgent appointment in 24 to 48 hours in clinic. A bonus of 600€ per week is added to the salary. Generally, with 2 to 3 weeks per month (an extra of 1200€ to 1800€) on top of gross salary.

For a 24hr contract the monthly gross salary would be between 2728€-3069€ depending on productivity bonus. (Which is calculated by the number of patients seen during your open agenda)

For a 30-hour contract the monthly gross salary would be between 4262€-4603€ depending on productivity bonus. (Which is calculated by the number of patients seen during your open agenda)

For 37.5 hours contract the monthly gross salary would be between 4795€-5861€ depending on productivity bonus. (Which is calculated by the number of patients seen during your open agenda)

Private Health Insurance through Sinews with a valued over 700€ per year. (after 6-month probation period)

In the event that you work only with our company we could offer an exclusivity bonus of an extra 3410€ paid twice per year for a 24hrs contract. (4262€ paid twice per year for a 30hrs contract, and 5328€ paid twice per year for a 37.5hrs contract.)

Total Estimated Annual Salaries

24hrs contract- 34.500€ + 21.600€ (in the case of 3 weeks per month with emergency telephone line.) + 6820= 66.920€ per year.

30hrs contract-51.144€ + 21.600€ (in the case of 3 weeks per month with emergency telephone line.) + 8524€= 81.268€ per year.

37.5hrs contact- 63.936€ + 21.600€ (in the case of 3 weeks per month with emergency telephone line.) + 10.656€ = 96.192€ per year.
