Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive EU Technical Support Engineer to provide expert technical support and guidance to our European customers. You will act as a key technical interface between clients and internal teams, helping to resolve issues, support product integration, and improve customer satisfaction.

What you´ll do :

  • Own and resolve customer technical issues in collaboration with technical support, R&D, QA, and product teams.
  • Reproduce, analyze, and resolve technical problems while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and customers.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical designs to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Document customer cases, workflows, FAQs, and best practices to enrich the support knowledge base.
  • Contribute to process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide remote and on-site support across Europe as needed.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in support for embedded devices. Android devices is a plus
  • POS terminal development experience is a strong plus.
  • Previous technical support experience for hardware or software products is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in Java/Kotlin , with strong understanding of Android components and application architecture.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, reading).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for new technologies and innovation.
  • Knowledge of low-level software development (C/C++) is a plus.
