  • Your mission: build the technical backbone of that platform — robust without getting slow, compliant without getting heavy, customizable without fragmenting, AI-agent-native from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build an enterprise AI interviewing platform capable of absorbing client-by-client variation without fragmenting or losing development speed.
  • Turn specific client needs into reusable platform capabilities — no per-client hacks, no parallel product branches.
  • Design a technical foundation that lets you iterate fast with confidence: critical flows tested, real observability, safe releases, and errors surfaced before the client sees them.
  • Integrate compliance, modular architecture, and scalable integrations as part of the system’s core — not as layers bolted on at the end.
  • Leverage AI agents across development, QA, debugging, triage, incident response, documentation, and refactoring to multiply the team’s capacity.
  • Shrink the latency between a signal in production and a deployed fix through better feedback loops, tooling, and software operations.
  • Lead technically from a hands-on position — making architecture, infrastructure, and product decisions with an enterprise-platform mindset.
  • Think in abstractions, primitives, and operational reliability every time custom requests, complexity, or production bugs show up.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, Head of Engineering, or technical owner at CTO level.
  • Experience building product for real enterprise clients.
  • Experience with production, reliability, integrations, security, or compliance.
  • Advanced use of AI agents, LLMs, and AI-native workflows in software development.
  • Massive agentic coding skills: claude code/codex expert.
  • Product sensibility: flows, edge cases, error states, and acceptance criteria.
  • Obsession with production quality.
  • Ability to lead technically while remaining deeply hands-on.
  • You’ve had to live with the consequences of your own technical decisions in real systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in AI, LLMs, agents, HR tech, recruiting, or workflow automation.
  • Having taken an MVP to an enterprise platform.
  • Agentic-maxxing mindset: using AI agents as real leverage for one person or a small team, not as a gimmick.

  • Deeply technical profile, obsessed with infrastructure, architecture, and product.
  • Someone who sees custom requests and thinks abstractions; who sees bugs and thinks feedback loops; who sees complexity and thinks primitives.
  • Not a Jira manager — someone who builds the system and works with AI agents as second nature.

Salary & Location

  • €60k–€100k + Equity, depending on experience and seniority.
  • BCN vs Remote: We prefer engineers who can work onsite in Barcelona (our 6-person team is currently 100% based onsite in the city), but we prioritize talent and are open to 100% fully remote positions.
