With significant investment and a proven platform already deployed globally, the business is now entering a critical phase of European fleet expansion —and supply chain is at the heart of it.

They are seeking an Aftermarket-focused Global Supply Manager to take ownership of sourcing, commercialisation, and operational management of service and replacement parts across their fleet operations.

The Opportunity

This is a foundational role where you will establish and scale aftermarket supply chains from the ground up—ensuring critical components are sourced, qualified, and delivered seamlessly to support a rapidly expanding autonomous fleet.

You’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, fleet operations, and procurement , with full ownership of aftermarket supply continuity across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and onboard global suppliers for aftermarket automotive components (brakes, filters, wipers, glass, service parts)
  • Lead supplier qualification in collaboration with engineering, validation, and fleet teams
  • Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes , including POs, requisitions, invoicing, and supplier setup
  • Track lead times, shipments, shortages, and escalations to ensure uninterrupted fleet operations
  • Support fleet builds through inventory planning, forecasting, and availability management
  • Own and manage blanket POs, quick-turn sourcing, and NPPV activity
  • Drive supplier performance through regular reviews and operational metrics
  • Partner with finance, SAP/ERP teams, and purchasing functions to resolve operational issues
  • Maintain BOM tracking, part-level forecasting, and cost reporting
  • Build dashboards and reporting to track spend, supplier performance, and operational trends

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in aftermarket supply chain, sourcing, or supplier management within automotive or engineering environments
  • Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay workflows and operational supply chain processes
  • Experience managing aftermarket/service parts within a complex, fast-paced organisation
  • Advanced analytical capability (Excel, dashboards, spend tracking, forecasting)
  • Solid understanding of supplier operations, contract manufacturing, and commercial supply chains
  • Experience managing shortages, logistics challenges, and supplier escalations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across engineering, operations, and procurement teams
  • Working knowledge of BOM structures and part-level forecasting
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in scaling environments

Highly Desirable

  • Background as a Global Supply Chain Manager within an OEM environment
  • Experience supporting fleet operations, mobility platforms, or autonomous vehicle programmes
  • Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems
  • Experience in aftermarket product qualification with engineering teams
  • Exposure to NPI builds, rapid sourcing, or service parts commercialisation

Why Join?

  • Be part of one of the most exciting technology transformations in mobility
  • Take ownership of building a global aftermarket supply chain capability from scratch
  • Play a critical role in European expansion and fleet deployment
  • Work in a highly innovative, fast-scaling, engineering-led environment

If you’re looking to step into a role where you can shape global supply chain strategy, build supplier networks, and directly enable next-generation mobility at scale , this is a rare opportunity to make a genuine impact.
