We’re currently looking for a Guest Services Support Specialist with German and English to join a global leader in customer experience solutions. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you.

✨ What you’ll do:

• Provide exceptional support to hotel guests via inbound calls (in German)
• Assist with bookings, reservations, and general inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Share information about hotels, resorts, and vacation properties
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in German & English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer support experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends)
• Attention to detail and great organizational skills
• Positive attitude and passion for customer service
