A high-growth international infrastructure and technology business is seeking a Head of Legal to lead legal support across its European operations.

This is a senior, hands-on role for a commercially minded legal leader who can operate as a trusted business partner across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and operational matters in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead legal support across European commercial and corporate matters
• Draft, negotiate and advise on complex commercial agreements
• Oversee corporate governance and entity management
• Advise on regulatory, compliance, and employment matters
• Support strategic projects, expansion initiatives, and cross-border transactions
• Manage external counsel and build scalable legal processes
• Partner closely with senior business stakeholders across Europe and globally

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years’ PQE
• Qualified lawyer in Spain
• Strong background in corporate and commercial law
• Experience from a leading law firm and in-house legal team
• Fluent Spanish and English (essential)
• Commercially pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating autonomously
