We are currently partnering with an international industrial company to recruit an experienced HR Manager for one of its key operations in the Murcia area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the local HR function, ensuring alignment with business needs and corporate HR policies
• Act as a trusted partner to managers on all people-related matters
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage employee relations and labor matters, ensuring compliance with local legislation
• Support organizational development, workforce planning, and change management projects
• Collaborate with regional and international teams on HR initiatives and best practices

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role such as HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner
• Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or multinational environment is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and labor law
• High level of English is essential.
• Hands-on, business-oriented profile with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
