✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• Strong experience as a Project Manager leading complex technical implementations.
• Solid understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools and processes.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and compliance frameworks such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams , vendors, and system integrators.
• Experience coordinating requirements gathering, deployment, and post‑implementation support .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of the Codebeamer platform , managing the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Drive the implementation of Codebeamer–3DExperience interfaces , ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business needs.
• Develop and maintain the project plan , including scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budget.
• Coordinate with the system integrator and cross‑functional teams (engineering, IT, quality, compliance, suppliers).
• Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants involved in the implementation.
• Ensure the system complies with automotive regulatory and process requirements (ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, cybersecurity).
• Support stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to ensure adoption.
• Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports , and present updates to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
