Industrial Controller – Permanent Role

Salary: €52,000 per annum

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid set up)

Language: Spanish-speaking required

We are recruiting for an Industrial Controller to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer on a permanent basis.

This role sits within the Finance team and will focus on manufacturing cost control, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting operational decision-making across the production site.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and analyse manufacturing costs and production orders.
• Support monthly cost accounting close and reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Calculate and validate costs for new products and processes.
• Maintain and review cost-related data, including BOMs, routings, yields, and master data.
• Partner with Operations and Plant teams to improve cost visibility and profitability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial/manufacturing cost controlling.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
• SAP CO/FI experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Spanish-speaking required.
• Pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing experience is desirable.
