• Role: Integration Delivery Manager BTP & Informatica
• Location: hybrid in Barcelona
• Contract: freelancer
• Duration: 6 months + extension

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of all integration workstreams within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program
• Manage and coordinate integration activities across SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, MES, Finance, Commerce, EDI/B2G, Analytics and third-party SaaS platforms.
• Drive integration planning, prioritisation, dependency management and execution aligned to program milestones and go-live dates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Developers, Business Process Owners, implementation partners and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with integration governance, architecture standards, documentation requirements and delivery processes.
• Review integration specifications, interface designs, test plans and deployment readiness to ensure quality and completeness.
• Oversee end-to-end integration testing, defect resolution, cutover planning and hypercare activities.
• Manage delivery performance of internal teams, offshore resources and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing integration delivery within large-scale SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple technical teams, vendors and stakeholders within complex enterprise environments.
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management and Event Mesh.
• Familiarity with Informatica IICS for data integration, ETL and master data synchronisation initiatives.
• Experience delivering integrations across CRM, Finance, Manufacturing, Commerce and SaaS application landscapes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and enterprise master data processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce and SAP integration landscapes.
• Experience with MES and manufacturing system integrations.
• Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) or eCommerce platform integrations.
• Knowledge of B2G, e-Invoicing and regulatory reporting integrations.
• Understanding of SAP RISE Private Cloud operating models.
• Awareness of cloud security, compliance and data privacy requirements.
