**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team of BYD Dealership in Madrid. This individual will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
– Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
– Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to improve their performance and customer service skills.
– Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the General Manager.
– Ensure the sales team adheres to all sales processes and customer service standards.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.
– Maintain a strong knowledge of the automotive market and competitor activities.
– Manage the sales floor, ensuring a positive and professional environment for both customers and staff.
– Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary to ensure resolution.
– Participate in inventory management, working closely with the product team to ensure the right mix of vehicles is available to meet customer demand.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
– A minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a management role.
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
– Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
– Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
– A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
– Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
