At Qaracte r, we are looking for a Jr-Mi d Appian Consultant (1-2 years of experience ) to join a strategic digital transformation program for one of the biggest banks in Europe . This role offers strong professional growth, exposure to complex enterprise environments, and the opportunity to drive real business value through process automation and low-code innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development of process automation solutions using Appian
• Assist in designing and modeling business processes using BPMN standards
• Participate in process discovery sessions with business stakeholders
• Build and maintain basic Appian applications and workflows
• Help translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Contribute to testing, debugging, and improving existing applications
• Follow established architecture guidelines and development standards
• Support the delivery of automation initiatives ensuring quality and timelines

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Appian development
• Experience in process modeling (BPMN)
• Background in transformation, reengineering, or consulting projects
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English level B2 or higher

⭐ Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations
• Interest on banking sector
• Appian Associate Developer certification (or willingness to obtain it)
• Experience with other Low-Code / BPM / RPA
