JOB TITLE: Logistics Specialist ( (Heavy & Oversized Transport, Relocate and work full-time onsite in Malpartida de Plasencia

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

LOCATION: Spain, Extremadura, Malpartida de Plasencia

Responsibilities:

• Organization and coordination of transport operations requiring special permits and documentation for oversized and heavy cargo.
• Obtaining transport permits and liaising with relevant regulatory authorities in Spain and the EU.
• Route planning considering technical vehicle parameters, infrastructure limitations, and legal restrictions.
• Coordination of project cargo shipments involving oversized and/or heavy loads.
• Management and optimization of a specialized fleet of transport vehicles and platforms.
• Coordination of internal logistics operations within the company.
• Communication with external partners, contractors, and logistics providers, including maritime operators when required.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of practical experience with specialized transport equipment and platforms.
• Experience in obtaining permits and managing documentation for abnormal/oversized transport in Spain.
• Strong understanding of transport regulations and restrictions in Spain and the EU.
• Technical skills in route planning and transport feasibility assessment.
• Ability to manage complex logistics operations involving heavy and oversized cargo.
• Advanced MS Office skills; experience with transport planning software is an advantage.
• Experience in fleet operations or maintenance coordination is a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to relocate and work full-time onsite in Malpartida de Plasencia (Extremadura, Spain).
