Senior Manager, Market Access (Europe)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Market Access to help shape and execute European market access strategies for innovative therapies across key markets.

This is a high-impact regional role for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and brings strong expertise in pricing, reimbursement, HTA, payer strategy, and launch readiness.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead EU market access strategy for assigned products

Drive pricing & reimbursement planning across European markets

Support affiliate teams with localized access strategies and tools

Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, HEOR, and Global Market Access teams

Manage external vendors and key market access deliverables

Contribute to value dossiers, budget impact models, and evidence generation plans

Monitor payer landscape, competitive dynamics, and policy developments

Support EU-level policy and advocacy initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical market access roles

✔️ Strong understanding of European payer systems and HTA processes

✔️ Experience supporting launches and commercialization planning

✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills

✔️ Ability to turn complex clinical/economic data into clear strategic insights

✔️ Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus

✔️ Degree in Health Economics, Life Sciences, or related field
