Foundever is looking for Norwegian & English‑speaking Customer Support Agents to join an on‑site project in Seville , supporting a leading company in electronic device warranties and insurance .

This role is ideal for candidates who want to use their language skills daily , work in a multicultural environment , and grow their career with a global organization .

About the role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will:

  • Manage warranty and insurance coverage for electronic devices
  • Handle customer inquiries, incidents, and claims with empathy and accuracy
  • Deliver high‑quality service in Norwegian , using English as the working language
  • Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction

What we offer

  • Temporary contract of 4 months , with real possibilities of continuity
  • On‑site position in Seville , in a modern and professional office
  • Hybrid work option : after the nesting phase and once campaign KPIs are achieved, the possibility to work up to 50% remotely
  • Paid training , delivered online and fully included in the contract
  • Full‑time schedule: 39 hours per week , 5 working days

– Monday to Friday: 12:05 – 20:05

– Saturdays: 9:00 – 17:00 (only 2 Saturdays per month)

  • Salary: €22,000 gross per year

What we are looking for

  • Native or bilingual Norwegian level
  • Advanced English level (minimum B2)
  • Customer‑focused mindset and strong communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to adapt to different customer needs
  • Availability to work Hybrid in Seville
