Job Description
Pipeline Generation & Lead Sourcing
– Own end-to-end lead generation: build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies: Digital / Offline / Referral
– Identify and acquire high-potential OOH host partners: convenience stores, pharmacies, transit hubs, real estate developers, and service networks.
– Define and track Pipeline KPIs. Leads / month – Conversion Rate – Pipeline coverage.
– Develop and deploy standardized partner qualification frameworks
– Negotiate and close agreements with speed and precision.
Marketing-Led Demand Generation
– Co-create and execute marketing campaigns to drive consumer adoption and repeat usage.
– Measure campaign ROI
– Partner with Marketing to develop co-branded assets.
Job Requirement
– 5+ years in B2B partnership development, retail network expansion, or growth marketing—ideally in logistics, e-commerce, fintech, or mobility.
– Strong negotiator, storyteller, and data interpreter
– Experience with team management.
– Fluent in English; Chinese is a strong advantage.
– Builder mindset: you thrive where strategy meets execution—and you measure impact in growth, not just activity.
– Proven success launching 100+ physical touchpoints (e.g., parcel lockers, EV charging).
