At ZTE España, we are currently looking for an Outsourcing Specialist to join our Engineering & Services team in Spain.

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional with experience in telecom deployment environments and outsourcing/vendor management, capable of coordinating subcontracted resources across multiple engineering and deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate subcontracted workforce needs with Project Managers across telecom deployment and engineering projects.
• Manage outsourcing suppliers and ensure resource availability according to project timelines.
• Follow up on subcontractor performance, onboarding, documentation and service quality.
• Support FTTH, 3G, 4G and 5G deployment projects.
• Monitor resource allocation, certifications, access requirements and project compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations and Services teams.
• Ensure proper tracking and reporting of subcontracted activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Experience in outsourcing/vendor management within telecom or engineering services environments.
• Knowledge of telecom deployment projects (FTTH, 3G, 4G, 5G).
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, field teams or external suppliers.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
