Opportunity – Programme / Project Manager

We are looking for a Programme / Project Manager to help drive, structure, and deliver large-scale business change and transformation initiatives,

About the role

As a Programme / Project Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of a significant project, portfolio, or programme. You will shape project structures, establish effective governance, and lead cross-functional virtual teams in a fast-paced global environment to ensure business objectives, budgets, and timelines are successfully met.

Additionally, you will manage robust processes for risks, issues, and dependencies, while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple regions (Finance, Procurement, Legal, Technology, etc.) and managing third-party suppliers.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven Track Record: Solid experience managing end-to-end business transformation and change projects with significant IT deliverables from scoping to implementation.
• Stakeholder & Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to influence, challenge, and align diverse views at a senior level, leading cross-functional teams without direct line management.
• Problem Solving & Agility: Ability to translate high-level business objectives into concrete plans, navigating ambiguous, fast-moving environments and resolving complex issues.
• Languages & Methodologies: Fluent written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus). Professional Project Management accreditation (Prince2, APMP, Agile) is highly desirable.

Location: Hybrid – Barcelona (Requirement to work from the office 3 days a week).

✈️ Travel: Availability to travel across Europe, including London.
