From RightHand, a company specializing in attracting and retaining digital talent, we are looking for a Sales Manager (French speaking) to drive new business growth in the French market, building strong partnerships with direct clients, marketers, and both holding company and independent agencies. Based in Madrid , this role requires a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional with strong commercial acumen, capable of owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pre-sales qualification to negotiation and final implementation. The role misión: To define and execute a strong sales strategy for the French market, acquiring new clients, expanding agency and brand partnerships, and consistently delivering revenue growth against ambitious targets.
Required experience:
Sales Strategy & New Business:
· Develop and own a sales strategy and business plan focused on agencies and brands in the French market.
· Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities with both agencies and direct advertisers.
· Actively grow the client base through a combination of outbound prospecting, relationship building and strategic influence.
Commercial Leadership & Evangelization:
· Present and evangelize digital advertising and media solutions to agencies and brands.
· Build a deep understanding of the products, solutions and their positioning within the digital advertising ecosystem.
· Act as a trusted commercial partner, able to sell solutions and value, not just media.
Sales Execution & Performance:
· Own the full sales cycle: pre-sales qualification, proposal development, negotiation and closing.
· Analyze sales performance and pipeline metrics to identify growth opportunities.
· Work towards clearly defined KPIs and challenging revenue targets.
Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across agencies and direct clients.
· Develop strategic accounts while continuously expanding opportunities within them.
· Collaborate internally to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
Requirements:
· 4+ years of experience in new business sales within media, digital advertising or ad-tech.
· Strong, well-established network within the French market.
· Proven track record of acquiring new clients and developing strategic accounts.
· Ability to sell complex solutions and lead strategic, consultative sales conversations.
· Strong portfolio of independent agencies and direct advertisers.
· Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
· Strong leadership presence and ability to influence and engage others.
· Team player with a positive, proactive and results-oriented mindset.
· Native French speaker (mandatory) .
