We are looking for experienced SAP Directors with a broad understanding of the SAP ecosystem, strong business development capabilities, and proven experience leading teams and delivering complex transformation programs, ideally within S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Growth & Strategy
• Identify and drive new business opportunities across existing and new clients.
• Define SAP-driven transformation strategies, with a focus on S/4HANA.
• Lead and support pre-sales activities and value proposition development.
• Project & Delivery Management
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP programs and projects.
• Ensure quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Govern large-scale transformation initiatives, particularly S/4HANA programs.
• Team Leadership
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary SAP teams (functional and technical).
• Build and scale capabilities aligned with business needs.
• Drive talent development and retention.
• Client Engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (C-level).
• Position as a reference point within the SAP ecosystem.

Profile

• Solid experience in SAP consulting, with progressive leadership responsibilities (Manager / Senior Manager / Director levels).
• Broad, cross-functional SAP background (not limited to a single module).
• Proven track record in S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong business development and client relationship management experience.
• Experience leading large teams and complex delivery environments.
