WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• +3 years of proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SSFF)
• Experience coordinating HR technical projects in international environments
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience managing distributed teams and external providers
• Knowledge of HR systems support and evolution management
• Ability to collaborate with IT, HR, and Finance stakeholders
• Experience with SAP Concur, SAP Payroll, or SAP FI is a plus
• Advanced Spanish is a plus

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Coordinate technical support activities and HR-related projects
• Manage support processes and coordinate system evolutions and improvements
• Act as a bridge between IT, HR, and Finance teams
• Follow up on project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders
• Coordinate external providers and distributed teams
• Support the implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools
• Ensure smooth communication across international teams and departments
