As an SEA Campaign Manager , you are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven paid search campaigns across multiple platforms. Your focus is on maximizing ROI, scaling campaigns, and driving measurable business growth through data-driven decision-making.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Plan, create, and manage global SEA campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Microsoft Ads , and other relevant channels.
  • Plan, create, and manage specific Social Media campaigns for Linked, Meta etc.
  • Take full ownership of campaign performance including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and optimization.
  • Continuously analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Create assets (text, picture, video) for campaigns in all necessary formats together with creative colleagues.
  • Design and execute A/B tests (ads, audiences, landing pages in collaboration with stakeholders).
  • Set up and maintain tracking, tagging, and conversion measurement (e.g. Google Tag Manager, GA4).
  • Manage keyword strategies, audience targeting, and segmentation to drive scalable performance.
  • Set up and manage HubSpot campaigns and tracking, including UTM parameters, and conversion events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (website, e-commerce, content, analytics, SEO, marketing automation etc.) to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to stakeholders.

This job is exactly right for you if…

  • Proven experience in SEA / Paid Search campaign management (agency or in-house).
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Social Media Ads.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate).
  • Experience with web analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actions.
  • Experience managing small to medium budgets is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally within Marketing & Sales.
