• Role: Software engineer / security engineer
• Location: hybrid in Barcelona (8 days per month on site)
• Language: English and Spanish fluent

Responsibilities

• Develop secure cloud-native services focused on KMS, encryption, secrets management, and data protection.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs in Kubernetes environments.
• Automate service lifecycle management and improve platform reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure and reliability teams in ownership-driven environments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• Strong Software Engineering background with hands-on experience in Golang and Kubernetes.
• Interest in KMS, cloud security, encryption, and distributed systems.
• Experience building backend services and working with REST APIs.
• Ability to work in cloud-native environments with strong ownership and operational mindset.
• Motivated to learn new technologies and share knowledge within the team.
