We are currently collaborating with one of our top global clients to hire a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to join a highly specialized international team and work on advanced projects in their Hub in Madrid.

Profile

• Strong Python development skills with experience in building enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agentic AI frameworks, AI orchestration, multi-agent systems, and voice bot solutions.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, with the ability to design scalable AI-driven solutions beyond pure coding.
• Experience working with FastAPI, APIs/interfaces, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments.
• Strong soft skills including analytical thinking, communication, collaboration in international teams, autonomy, and fluent English.

Main responsibilities:

• Design agentic and multi-agent AI environments
• Design AI solutions that automate IT support processes
• Increase self-service and automation
• Extend and improve the Smart Integrated Assistant (SIA)
• Build AI-enabled services and integrations across multiple channels
• Develop and integrate APIs/interfaces and AI services
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Drive innovation and AI adoption across the support landscape.
