Key Functions & Responsibilities

1. · Tailor each experience to meet consumer specific needs, while showcasing high level of expertise in make-up and beauty techniques.
2. · Learn and use fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) both fragrance and make up, and make up application techniques to provide best results for consumers.
3. · Be proactive in finding solutions to drive sales reaching weekly targets, generate new business; particular focus on product launches, anniversaries and local/seasonal events if any.
4. · Achieve sales goals and expectations and proactively drive for more.
5. · Adhere to sales processes and procedures in line with Store/Company guidelines.
6. · Adhere to appearance guidelines and personal standards.
7. · Utilize strong market and industry awareness to shape local strategy as well as influence wider business and organization.
8. · Act with accuracy, professional and positive attitude, when handling consumer enquiries and objections.
9. · Ensure stock availability of all references.

Requirements

• · Experience within consumer service, ideally in retail.
• · Make Up Artistry skills.
• · Fluent English & Spanish. It´s mandatory.
• · Ability to motivate, inspire and influence others.
