Senior Delivery Lead – Cognitive Automation Ecosystem

We are supporting a major global travel group on the appointment of a Senior Delivery Lead to join their Cognitive Automation Ecosystem team.

This team is responsible for transforming AI and automation from isolated initiatives into a scalable, enterprise-wide capability, providing the platforms, governance, and shared services required to enable safe and effective delivery across the organisation.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in complex technology environments and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving delivery programmes.

You will lead delivery across multiple concurrent AI, automation, and enterprise technology initiatives, working closely with technical leads, engineering teams, architecture, and senior business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery across complex technology programmes
• Manage integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and reporting
• Drive delivery discipline, governance, and accountability across teams
• Own and maintain prioritised roadmaps and delivery-ready backlogs
• Work closely with engineering and technical leadership to sequence and prioritise work effectively
• Ensure strong Jira and Agile delivery practices are maintained
• Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and provide clear delivery visibility

Required Experience

• 10+ years’ experience delivering complex enterprise technology programmes
• Strong background in AI, automation, data, platform, or API-led delivery environments
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with shared dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management and governance capability
• Experience operating within cloud and enterprise technology environments
• Strong Agile delivery and Jira management experience

Preferred Experience

• Experience within enterprise platform or shared capability teams
• Exposure to AI operating models, orchestration frameworks, or intelligent automation ecosystems
• Experience working in highly regulated or operationally complex environments
