Senior Embedded UWB Engineer Spain – Remote

We are currently looking for a Senior Embedded UWB Engineer to join advanced wireless projects focused on:

• Ultra-Wideband (UWB)
• Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS)
• In-cabin sensing and radar
• Secure ranging and positioning
• Embedded connectivity platforms

This role is ideal for engineers with a strong low-level embedded background and real experience building UWB products — not only integrating libraries, but understanding the technology end-to-end.

What You’ll Work On

• Development of embedded software in C/C++ for UWB systems
• UWB ranging and localization algorithms
• UWB radar and sensing applications
• BLE + UWB interoperability
• FiRa session implementation and wireless communication stacks
• Signal processing and optimization for constrained devices
• Integration with automotive ECUs and embedded platforms
• Validation, debugging, and performance analysis in real environments

What We’re Looking For

• Strong embedded software development in C/C++
• Real-time embedded systems experience
• Hands-on work with UWB technologies:
• RTLS
• ranging
• radar
• localization
• positioning systems
• Experience with ARM-based MCUs and low-level drivers
• Debugging and integration skills in complex embedded systems

Strong Plus

• BLE / NFC integration
• Signal processing
• Machine Learning applied to sensing systems
• Python scripting
• FiRa standards and interoperability
• Experience with UWB solutions
