We are recruiting a Senior Laboratory and Compliance Assessment Manager for a leading multinational industrial company , located near Pamplona (Spain) .
This role combines an initial phase leading an international transformation project with the management of the Laboratory and Compliance Assessment team (validation, testing, and regulatory compliance).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team strategy (20 employees) , aligning product development, validation, and regulatory compliance with business objectives.
- Manage and drive the transformation project , coordinating resources, teams, and timelines.
- Oversee and develop the laboratory team (test engineering and technicians).
- Supervise product verification, validation, and certification activities , ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance with national and international standards.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality systems and accreditations (ISO/IEC 17025).
- Coordinate communication with certification bodies, external partners, and internal departments (Quality, Production, Product).
- Promote continuous improvement, technical innovation, and operational excellence within the laboratory.

Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering , or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory and compliance assessment roles (testing labs, validation, or product certification) within R&D environment (e.g., mechanical/electromechanical components or automotive sector).
- Strong knowledge of IEC/EN standards , certification processes, and laboratory quality systems (ISO/IEC 17025 ).
- Fluent English (C1 level) is required.
