We are looking for a Senior Project Director to lead a major EPC LSTK Petrochemical project , based on site in Asia for a long-term assignment (minimum two years).

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the Contractor’s main representative and overall responsible for the project toward the Client and the Company.
  • Lead and manage the project execution to ensure cost, schedule, quality, and HSE objectives are achieved.
  • Serve as the primary contact with the Client, authorities, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate multicultural and multidisciplinary teams on site.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, procurement, subcontracting, and construction activities.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and schedule, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards .
  • Manage contract variations, change orders, and project reporting.
  • Lead the technical and financial close-out of the project.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional experience in project execution.
  • Minimum 5 years in EPC LSTK Petrochemical projects .
  • Experience working for EPC Main Contractors .
  • BSc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in site-based roles.
  • Immediate availability for a long-term assignment at a remote site in Asia .
