✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding InfoSec services.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client leadership and technical teams.
• Oversee the delivery of Cyber Defense and GRC services, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
• Act as the highest point of escalation for service delivery issues and manage critical incidents smoothly.
• Coordinate technical teams, including Cyber Defense and GRC SMEs, ensuring alignment with project goals and client priorities.
• Lead regular service review meetings, including weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Present performance metrics, continuous improvement initiatives and strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize service delivery processes, improve customer satisfaction and add strategic value.
