Role purpose:

As a Service Engineer, you provide high-level technical support for Zoomlion equipment across Spain. You help resolve complex issues, strengthen dealer capabilities, and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support to dealers and key customers for complex, major, or recurring failures.
  • Deliver remote troubleshooting support (diagnosis, procedures, documentation, solutions).
  • Implement product improvements and perform technical modifications on machines (including pre-delivery when required).
  • Guide dealers in carrying out modifications and applying best repair practices.
  • Support root-cause analysis and repair-solution optimization with R&D / technical specialists.
  • Deliver product training to dealers and key customers (operation and routine maintenance), and support training sessions when needed.
  • Support spare parts activities: recommended parts lists, safety stock levels, monthly demand forecasts, and dealer inventory set-up.
  • Participate in regular dealer communication and field visits; collect customer feedback and market insights to improve satisfaction.
  • When necessary, support maintenance of demo machines at the main warehouse.

Profile:

  • Technical diploma (mechanics / maintenance / automotive or similar).
  • 5+ years in construction machinery maintenance, strong expertise in excavators.
  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills; able to work independently.
  • Good command of Office tools (Excel, Word).
  • Valid driver’s license; willing to travel frequently across Spain.
  • Languages: Spanish (mandatory), English (daily professional communication).
